Lamacun

Lahmacun is a thin crust pizza topped with minced Lamb minced vegetables, and herbs including onions, garlic, tomatoes, Parsley, red and green peppers, flavored with Turkish spices garnished with lemon, and an onion parsley salad. This middle eastern “pizza” predates Italian pizza by hundreds of years!
